Oh my god! It’s just too much!! FrightFest comes to London once a year, and everytime I miss it. Until now.
But there is so much I don’t know where to start. I’m contemplating Black Sheep tommorrow but then I’m a bit lost. 1408 greatly appeals, the Russian Sword Bearer (Mechenosets) looks brilliant if not just that horror in Russian is ace and Zombie Diaries looks amazing, but I’ll be in Spain then so shall have to wait for it to come out on DVD (not long as thats the 27th August).
Any recommendations and ‘must-see’s’ (lucy) would be a bright torch to the fog of my frightfest mind.

yoooooo - i’m so jealous (I always miss it and this year is no exception) Basically i’d like to see all of them - apart from 1408 - i saw a trailer and it looks a bit silly, but each to their own.
Black sheep looks like fun….apart from that is all a bit of a guess.
Signal looks good and i think i have heard good things about it.
All the boys love Mandy lane looks like a typical Slasher, but it was filmed in Hilary Duff’s old ranch house - maybe thats interesting, but prob not., same goes for
Hatchet but that looks fun.
i’m sure i have read something good about shrooms, though judging from the descrip i’m not sure why.
Cold Prey looks fun - its probably the snow thats distracting me.
Joshua looks interesting and i think sam Rockwell always puts in a very watchable performance.
Disturbia - is fun but probably a dvd choice - htough Shia Le Boeuf is v good in it
ahhhhh Daywatch - i’m v excited about that! its russian too
i would avoid anything by Uwe Boll and i reckon Botched looks like bit of a stinker.
If i hear anything else i will let you know - i’m so jealous!

Well I saw Black Sheep, which I think was maybe trying a bit to hard, and Fritt Vilt/Cold Prey which I did enjoy watching, as it involved snowboarding and blood and had alot of norweigan swearing.
